Dispatch Policy

For all our eCommerce channels, we guarantee to ship orders within two working days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Where an extraordinary circumstance prevents us from honouring this commitment, we will make contact directly with the customer, and if necessary arrange for a refund to be processed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined by a customer's location, the total weight of the order and the sales channel where the order is being placed. Sea-Chem Store and Amazon.co.uk share a common pricing structure determined by a single weight-based algorithm for deliveries to the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. This can be viewed here. All our eBay lots have individually determined delivery prices for citizens of the UK, Europe and, in some case, the Rest of the World. However, for some items customers outside Europe can contact Sea-Chem for delivery costs.

Returns/Refunds Policy: Damaged Goods

Sea-Chem take the utmost care to ensure that all our products are packaged and dispatched to the highest possible standard to avoid damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, we would ask that the customer contact us directly within five days. In such cases, we guarantee to arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched within two working days. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, we will arrange for a full refund of the original order value, including shipping, to made immediately.

Returns/Refunds Policy: Items No Longer Wanted

If an item arrives undamaged, but for any reason the customer no longer requires it or ordered in error, we will issue a refund of the original value of the order, excluding shipping, once the item has been returned to us. Customers must contact us directly within five days in such cases, returning the item to us unopened.
