Terms and Conditions

Despatch: The Seaweed Store guarantee to despatch any orders where payment has been received before 2pm GMT on the same working day. Please note that The Seaweed Store does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays, UK bank holidays or during the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these days, or after 2pm on a normal working day, will be despatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery: The Seaweed Store offers free shipping on all UK orders. Your shipping option will be clearly displayed on checkout.

International Delivery: Details of the cost and services will be displayed at the checkout screen once a delivery address has been entered. All orders will be sent with full tracking information. Occasionally we receive orders from locations to which we are unable to deliver either because of unforeseen issues with customs or with our delivery provider. Where this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund its full value to the customer, along with a complete explantion. Please note that some of our items may be subject to customs charges in some states and territories. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any customs charges.

Payment: The Seaweed Store accepts payments by PayPal, along with all major credit and debit cards. UK customers may also "Pay Offline," whereby a member of staff will call them over the phone to process a card payment verbally.

No Quibbles Return Policy: If a customer no longer requires an order, purchased in error or is unsatisfied for any reason, The Seaweed Store will issue a refund of the original value of the order, once the item has been returned to us. Customers must contact us directly within five days in such cases, returning the item to us unopened at the following address: Returns, The Seaweed Store, Unit 18, Horton Court, Hortonwood 50, Telford, TF1 7GY.

Order Lost or Damaged: The Seaweed Store takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products are packaged and dispatched to the highest possible standard to avoid loss or damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, or it goes missing, we would ask that the customer contact us directly within five days. In such cases, we guarantee to arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched within one working day. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, we will arrange for a full refund of the original order value, including shipping, to be made immediately.
