The Seaweed Store retails the products of Sea-Chem Limited across three line-specific websites. These are Sea-Chem.co.uk, ShropshireSeaweed.co.uk, and TreatMySepticTank.com. Operations are based at Sea-Chem's offices in Telford, Shropshire, in the U.K.
Despatch: The Seaweed Store guarantee to despatch any orders where payment has been received before 2pm GMT on the same working day. Please note that The Seaweed Store does not operate on Saturdays or Sundays, UK bank holidays or during the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these days, or after 2pm on a normal working day, will be despatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery: The Seaweed Store offers free shipping on all UK orders. Orders over £30.00 or 5kg in weight: All orders over £30.00 are sent using Parcelforce's "Express 24" service and subject the geographical definitions and restrictions of this service. For the majority of our UK customers this means delivery one day after despatch. However, customers in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and some parts of Cumbria may receive their goods two days after depatch. Full tracking information will be given for orders over £30.00. Orders under £30.00 or 5kg in weight: Standard delivery is available via Royal Mail and is subject to the terms and conditions of their delivery.
International Delivery: The Seaweed Store offers competitive shipping rates to Europe and beyond. Details of the cost and services will be displayed at the checkout screen once a delivery address has been entered. All orders over £30.00 or 5kg in weight will be sent with full tracking information. Occasionally we receive orders from locations to which we are unable to deliver either because of unforeseen issues with customs or with our delivery provider. Where this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund its full value to the customer, along with a complete explantion. Please note that some of our items may be subject to customs charges in some states and territories. It is the responsibility of the customer to settle any customs charges.
Payment: The Seaweed Store accepts payments by PayPal, along with all major credit and debit cards. UK customers may also "Pay Offline," whereby a member of staff will call them over the phone to process a card payment verbally.
No Quibbles Return Policy: If a customer no longer requires an order, purchased in error or is unsatisfied for any reason, The Seaweed Store will issue a refund of the original value of the order, once the item has been returned to us. Customers must contact us directly within five days in such cases, returning the item to us unopened at the following address: Returns, The Seaweed Store, Unit 18, Horton Court, Hortonwood 50, Telford, TF1 7GY.
Order Lost or Damaged: The Seaweed Store takes the utmost care to ensure that all our products are packaged and dispatched to the highest possible standard to avoid loss or damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, or it goes missing, we would ask that the customer contact us directly within five days. In such cases, we guarantee to arrange for a replacement item to be dispatched within one working day. Alternatively, if the customer prefers, we will arrange for a full refund of the original order value, including shipping, to be made immediately.
